The residential complex comprises two residential towers of 41 and 49 floors respectively, along with a 6-story mixed-use center. The architectural concept of the project, styled in modern minimalism, is developed by Kleinewelt Architekten bureau. Access to all three buildings is through a stylobate, serving as spacious lobbies housing pram rooms, pet washing stations, guest toilets, reception desks, and parcel lockers. The second floor of the buildings hosts a public space designed as a glazed promenade. Each tower is equipped with 6 modern high-speed elevators. The complex features parking and storage rooms on two underground levels. Storage rooms are also provided on residential floors.

The residential complex offers a variety of layouts from studios to five-bedroom apartments with high ceilings up to 4.5 meters and panoramic glazing. Spacious panoramic penthouses are located on the 40th and 41st floors of Tower B. Apartments are available with either 'White Box' finishing or fully finished interiors.

The landscaped design with art objects and year-round greenery is featured on the closed territory of the complex, equipped with playgrounds and outdoor recreation areas. The inner courtyard is shielded from the urban space by an artificial hill with a garden. At a height of 140 meters, there is an observation deck with panoramic views of the city for residents. The mixed-use center houses offices, a conceptual restaurant, and a fitness center with a pool.

The residential complex is located on Vetkina Street, within the historical Mar'ina Roscha district. Within walking distance are two schools, three kindergartens, the Capitolium shopping center, the VDNKh Museum, the Raykin Plaza shopping and entertainment center, and the Museum and Tolerance Center. The Mar'ina Roscha metro station and the railway station of the same name are a 5-minute walk away.
