The architecture of the project was developed by SimpsonHaugh bureau, while the landscaping concept was created by the British bureau Gillespies. The project includes designer lobbies, storage areas for strollers and seasonal equipment, pet washing zones, book-crossing zones, and reading areas.

Even the one-bedroom apartments in the project are designed with two bathrooms, and the bathrooms have windows. The corner living rooms feature three windows, and the main bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet. Penthouses on the upper floors are fitted with fireplaces. The windows in the homes are divided into two types: panoramic and with a sill 400 mm from the floor. The balconies on the upper floors offer panoramic views of Timiryazevsky Park, the historical architecture of the area, the skyscrapers of Khodynka Field, and Moscow City. The ceiling height is 3.1 meters, and in the penthouses, it's 3.5 meters.

The project's territory is divided into several functional zones. The courtyard features landscaped design, playgrounds for children and sports, as well as relaxation areas. The project includes two kindergartens for 100 and 200 seats, one of which has a play and walking area on the roof. The historical building, constructed between 1933 and 1938 by the Soviet architect G. P. Golts, has been restored to its historical purpose. The reconception of the historical building was undertaken by the Dutch bureau Mei architects and planners, and the Russian XORA worked on the internal zoning and interiors. It will host painting and sculpture studios, public art residences, children's clubs, interdisciplinary art studios, coworking spaces, yoga studios, sensory relaxation rooms, exhibition and event spaces, and educational centers. Underground and guest parking are provided for car owners.

The residential complex is located in the Airport district. Nearby are all the necessary infrastructure facilities: good transportation accessibility to the center, ecological parks, sports facilities, and the entire infrastructure of Khodynka Field. The 'Sokol' metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
