The project, created by the architectural bureau Meganom, consists of 11 towers of different heights. The REDS towers were designed by Steve Brown, while the Platinum tower is the work of British architects Jan Simpson and Rachel Huff. The buildings are erected between the workshops of the Alexandrovsky Railway Workshops, built in 1869–1907. The overall concept is interesting in that it brings together towers by different architects while not forgetting about the historical development located at the lower level. Brick of various shades was used as the facade material. The lobby features designer finishes, with amenities such as stroller storage, pet wash areas, and package rooms.

The project offers a variety of floor plans: both classic and European layouts are available. They include master bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, including baths with glass walls. The windows are large with low sills, and the balconies have French doors. Thanks to the stepped architecture of the REDS towers, apartments on the 8th, 11th, and 18th floors have private terraces, while penthouses feature wood-burning fireplaces, windows in bathrooms, and stained-glass glazing reaching the full five-meter height. Apartments are rented unfurnished or with White Box finishing.

The project's territory is fenced and landscaped. The landscape design was developed by the Gillespies bureau. The atmosphere is enhanced by the infrastructure located in the monuments—gastronomy, a pool and spa, a cinema, schools and kindergartens, entertainment infrastructure, coworking spaces, event, and art spaces. Sports sections, fitness centers, running tracks, spas, and pools, and fitness areas are located in each building. The courtyard is equipped with relaxation areas, children's and sports zones, and special areas for pets. Commercial premises are located in the general stylobate, and a public terrace is arranged above the lobby. Underground parking is provided for car owners.

The residential complex is located in the Presnensky district. Schools, kindergartens, shops, cafes, beauty salons, and medical facilities are within walking distance. Moscow Zoo is a 20-minute walk away. Belorusskaya Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away.
