The residential complex project was developed by the architectural bureau "Ostozhenka." On the territory of 8.7 hectares, brick-monolithic buildings of variable height from 6 to 23 floors are being constructed. The facade design combines transparent and opaque panoramic glazing, ceramic panels with architectural lighting, and mosaic of light aluminum panels. The houses feature barrier-free entrance groups with panoramic glazing, two-way lobbies with security and toilet facilities, spaces for washing wheels and pet paws, stroller and bicycle storage.

The residential complex offers a variety of layout solutions - from compact studios to spacious three-bedroom apartments, including exclusive formats with corner glazing, a window in the bathroom, or apartments with a window in the kitchen above the countertop. They are rented out without finishing touches and with ceiling heights starting from 2.7 meters.

The landscaping of the complex's territory is done according to an individual project by the VIEWGA bureau using natural materials and greenery. The private inner courtyard of the residential complex forms a multi-level space, where children's play areas, sports grounds, walking areas, and relaxation areas with hammocks and loungers are located. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the courtyard for residents of the complex. The territory of the residential complex is fenced, with video surveillance along the perimeter. As part of the project, 2 kindergartens were built, and school No. 1392 named after D.V. Ryabinkin operates within walking distance.

The residential complex is located in the village of Maryino, 15 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD). Maryino Park and Valuyevsky Forest Park are within walking distance.
