The architectural bureau ARCH(E)TYPE drew inspiration from the stylistics of the historic lamp factory when creating the architectural project. The industrial spirit of the area is reflected in the design elements of the complex: numerous lamps are placed on the facades made of concrete, glass, and metal. The lobby design is a logical continuation of the architectural facades, using environmentally friendly materials such as metal, glass, and ceramic granite. Thanks to the high ceilings of up to 5.2 meters and large windows, there is plenty of natural light inside regardless of the weather.

The project offers a variety of layout solutions: classic-type apartments as well as European-style layouts are available. It's possible to find apartments with the option of installing a fireplace, with a window in the bathroom, and with ceiling heights increased up to 6.3 meters.
