The project was developed by the British architectural bureau AHR, based on the block principle of urban development. Within the block area, residential buildings of varying heights from 5 to 32 floors are designed. The entrance groups are designed with high ceilings, designer finishes, and two entrances: from the courtyard and the street. The entrances are located at ground level, without steps or ramps.
Buyers of apartments in the residential complex are offered a variety of layout options, including both classic and European layouts. Apartments are handed over to buyers without finishing, with rough and fine finishes. Some apartments offer views of the Moscow River, and unique public spaces for games, socializing, and sports activities will appear on the roofs of low-rise residential buildings.
The complex includes four kindergartens and a school with 825 seats. Residents will also have access to their own sports and medical centers, as well as shopping centers: "Megapolis" and "Riviera." Underground parking for 1500 vehicles is provided for car owners. Commercial premises are planned on the ground floors. Special attention is paid to the landscaping of the territory: pedestrian boulevards, squares, and green pathways.
The residential complex is located in the Danilovsky district, where schools, business centers, cafes and restaurants, shopping complexes, landscaped embankments, and parks are located. The "Tekhnopark" metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
