Level Южнопортовая

The residential complex is a comprehensive development consisting of 14 monolithic buildings of varying heights ranging from 12 to 69 floors. The architectural concept is designed by the "SPEECH" bureau. The facade design resembles waves, accentuated by a light color scheme with alternating shades of gray. Depending on the angle and lighting, the silhouettes of the buildings change, creating a water movement effect.

The project offers a variety of floor plan options, including both classic and European layouts. Layouts with an increased number of windows, master bedrooms, and corner glazing are available. Two-level apartments with ceiling heights of 5.9 meters are located on the 68th and 69th floors. Residents can choose between apartments without finishing, with "White box" finishing, or with designer finishing in either the "Modern" or "Classic" style. Panoramic views of the river, parks, and Moscow City skyline are visible from the windows.

The landscaping project is developed by the "GAFA" bureau, with the main idea being to create an analogue of Central Park in New York. Approximately half of the internal territory, covering 2 hectares, is dedicated to greenery, with several themed relaxation zones including a flower garden, desert, coniferous forest, and others. Modern children's and sports playgrounds are equipped, along with an open area featuring two canopies, fitness equipment, swings, and petanque. An amphitheater is located in the center of the courtyard. The residential complex has its own developed infrastructure, including commercial premises on the ground floors, a kindergarten, school, shopping, and medical centers, cafes, shops, and a fitness center. Open spaces and terraces for co-living with live hedges, loungers, tables, and power outlets are designed in the project. Car owners have access to two parking lots - an underground heated one and a separate 9-story standalone one.

The residential complex is located in the Pechatniki district on the left bank of the Moscow River. Two metro stations, "Kozhukhovskaya" and "Dubrovka," are within walking distance. The Third Transport Ring (TTK) is a 3-minute drive away, and the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) is accessible within 20 minutes by public transport.
