City Bay

The project represents a block development in the style of New York City. Each block is named after one of the world's oceans—Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, North. Buildings ranging from 8 to 55 floors form four enclosed courtyards connected by a boulevard and a private embankment. The architectural design was developed by one of Moscow's leading bureaus—Kamen. The design of the entrance groups was created by the studio Jaime Beriestain (Spain), and the landscaping project was developed by the Arteza bureau.

The complex offers a variety of floor plan options, including both classic and European layouts. Apartments are rented with a finished interior, with ceiling heights of 3 meters and panoramic floor-to-ceiling glazing.

The courtyards are closed to cars and random pedestrians. Underground parking with 710 spaces is provided for car owners. The complex's territory is landscaped, featuring a private embankment, a walking area, and green courtyards. Cafes, beauty salons, pharmacies, and shops will be located on the ground floors of the buildings.

The residential complex is located at the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) and Volokolamskoye Highway. Access to the MKAD is 5 minutes away by transport, and the "Trikozhnaya" metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
