The first phase of the multi-block complex includes two urban blocks, Parus and Volna, consisting of 9 buildings ranging from 10 to 48 floors. The towers of each block are connected by 4-story stylobates, forming a closed perimeter courtyard. The architectural concept of the project was developed by the bureau SPICH. Each building has a unique appearance, distinguished in the overall composition by the use of different facade materials and architectural solutions. The buildings feature multifunctional lobbies with mid-century style designer finishes, artistic lighting, and author's art objects. Each lobby includes meeting rooms, coworking spaces, waiting areas with soft furniture, stroller storage, pet washing stations, and guest restrooms. The entrances are at ground level, with the entrance groups made continuous. The ground floors of the buildings are allocated for commercial premises, while the underground levels accommodate storage rooms and parking.

The project offers a wide selection of floor plan options, from studios to 4-room apartments. There are lots with kitchen-living rooms, master bedrooms, terraces, bay windows, loggias, and balconies. All apartments are presented in White Box finishing with MR Base standard. Panoramic windows offer views of the park and the embankment of the Skhodnensky Canal.

The landscaping concept includes a large number of green plantings, winding paths, and private relaxation areas. There are play areas for children of all ages, a workout area, dog walking areas, a lobby-lounge, and a business garden for outdoor work. The courtyards are closed to car traffic, and video surveillance is provided on the territory.

The residential complex is located on Vishnevaya Street, in the Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo district, surrounded by 18 parks, squares, and beaches. Nearby attractions include the Bratsevo Manor, Skhodnensky Bucket, and Pokrovskoe-Streshnevo Park. The Tushinskaya metro station and D2 are a 5-minute walk away.
