The modern club-style project consists of 49 apartments, built using brick-monolithic construction technology with ventilated facades made of decorative stone. The residential complex comprises two parts: the first part involves the restoration of historical XIX century buildings designed by Ivan Chernik, while the second part is a new construction interpreted by the Italian bureau Marco Casamonti. At the center of the facade is an arch that connects the historical part with the modern one.

The project offers a variety of layout options — from 1-bedroom to 5-bedroom apartments, including penthouses with terraces and swimming pools.

The territory of the complex is well-appointed — there is a cigar room for private meetings, a wine cellar, a meeting room, and a private inner courtyard.

The residential complex is located in the historical part of Moscow, 700 meters from Zaryadye Park and the Kremlin. The area's infrastructure is very well developed — within walking distance are historical and cultural landmarks, grocery stores, pharmacies, educational and medical institutions, cafes, and restaurants.
