The residential complex consists of 3 interconnected buildings of "P"-shaped form with heights ranging from 6 to 17 floors. Through entrances are carefully designed in the residential complex, allowing access from both the external side of the building and the courtyard. An arch on the north side is located between sections 6 and 7.

The residential complex offers a variety of layout options, including both classic and European layouts. They are delivered without finishing, with high ceilings starting from 3.1 meters and enlarged windows.

The complex includes its own primary school with 430 seats and a kindergarten with 200 seats. Commercial premises are located on the ground floors, and landscape design is implemented on the surrounding territory. The concept of a "car-free courtyard" is embodied in the residential complex. For car owners, underground parking is provided, with an elevator descending from each entrance.
